These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tailor (shopwithtailor.com), operated by Shadow Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Tailor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

Tailor is a fashion product search and comparison platform. We aggregate product listings from third-party retailers and display product information including names, images, prices, and links to purchase on the retailer's website.

Tailor does NOT sell products directly. All purchases are made through the respective retailer's website. Tailor is not a party to any transaction between you and a retailer. We are not responsible for the products, services, return policies, or practices of any third-party retailer.

2. Affiliate Relationships

Tailor may earn commissions when you click links to retailer websites and make purchases through our affiliate network partners. This does not affect the price you pay. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

3. Price and Availability

Product prices, availability, images, and descriptions displayed on Tailor are obtained from third-party sources and may not reflect the most current information. Prices may change, items may sell out, and descriptions may contain inaccuracies.

Tailor makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any product information. Always verify pricing and availability on the retailer's website before making a purchase.

4. User Accounts

• You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One account per person. Do not share your account credentials.
• You can delete your account at any time through your Account Settings.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access Tailor's content or services
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the service without written permission
• Circumvent any rate limiting, access controls, or security measures

6. Intellectual Property

The Tailor name, logo, user interface, and software are the property of Shadow Labs and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Product images, names, descriptions, and trademarks displayed on Tailor are the property of their respective owners (retailers and brands). 7. Third-Party Links

Tailor contains links to third-party retailer websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to those sites' own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TAILOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCT INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. TAILOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHADOW LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM:

• YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
• ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS VIA LINKS ON TAILOR
• INACCURATE PRODUCT INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON THE SERVICE
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR DATA

IN NO EVENT SHALL SHADOW LABS' TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shadow Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us at zeruliverpool@gmail.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Maryland.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court as an alternative to arbitration.

12. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tailor. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use Tailor only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using Tailor, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

13. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Tailor after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Tailor at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using Tailor at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shadow Labs regarding the use of Tailor.
