Shadow Labs ("we," "us," or "our") operates Tailor (shopwithtailor.com), a fashion product search and comparison platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services.

• Account Information: When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, or any other Google services.
• Saved Items: Products you save to your wishlist or cart.
• Preferences: Style preferences and settings you configure during onboarding or in your account.

Information Collected Automatically

• Search Queries: What you search for on Tailor, so we can improve search results and recommendations.
• Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, and interactions with product listings.
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and general device category (mobile/desktop).
• IP-Based Location: General geographic region (country/state level, not precise location).

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Payment or financial information (all purchases happen on retailer websites)
• Social Security numbers or government IDs
• Precise geolocation (GPS coordinates)
• Information from children under 13

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and personalize the Tailor search experience

• Affiliate Networks: When you click a product link, our affiliate partners (such as Rakuten, CJ Affiliate, and ShareASale) may receive referral data including the product clicked and a session identifier. • Service Providers: We use Supabase for authentication and database services, and Plausible Analytics for privacy-friendly, cookie-free website analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Tailor uses minimal cookies:

• Essential Cookies: Supabase authentication session tokens that keep you logged in. These are strictly necessary for the service to function and do not require consent.
• Cookie Preference: A cookie that remembers your cookie consent choice.

We use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. No analytics consent is required.

When you click outbound links to retailer websites, those retailers and their affiliate networks may set their own cookies on their domains. We do not control those cookies; please refer to each retailer's own privacy policy.

5. Product Data

Product information displayed on Tailor — including names, images, prices, and availability — is collected from publicly available sources on retailer websites and through authorized affiliate data feeds. This information is factual product data and does not include personal information of any individual. Prices and availability may not be current; always verify on the retailer's website before purchasing.

• Analytics data: Plausible retains aggregated, non-personal analytics data; no individual user data is stored.

Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

Tailor is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. Authentication is handled through Supabase with industry-standard encryption. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
