DMCA & Copyright Policy

Shadow Labs ("we," "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others. Tailor (shopwithtailor.com) displays product information from third-party retailers for comparison and informational purposes. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on Tailor in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the procedure below.

Product Images and Content

Tailor displays product images, names, and descriptions sourced from publicly available retailer websites and authorized affiliate data feeds. This content is displayed for the purpose of product search, comparison, and identification. All product images and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

We are actively transitioning to authorized affiliate data feeds that include licensed rights to display product content. If you are a retailer or brand and would like to discuss how your products are displayed on Tailor, please contact us at zeruliverpool@gmail.com.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content on Tailor infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Your notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the material on Tailor that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it (e.g., the URL of the page containing the material).
  3. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will respond to valid takedown notices within 5 business days and will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice that includes:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original takedown notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
